My phone number went viral in a group chat, now strangers text me daily

Last month my friend shared a screenshot of our dinner plans to a local Facebook group, but she forgot to blur my number at the bottom. Within 48 hours I got over 200 texts from people asking about the event, some just saying hi. I used to answer every single one, but now I just let unknown numbers go to voicemail unless they mention the post. It's weird being recognized at the grocery store in Portland by someone who only knows me from that typo-filled message. Has anyone else had a personal detail leak into a viral post and had to set boundaries about it?
