A brand replied to my comment with a joke about my dead dad and now I read every pinned reply first
Last Tuesday I commented on a promo video from a regional mattress chain in Columbus and they replied with a "your mom" style bit that accidentally hit a nerve since my dad passed in 2021. It got 400 likes and they pinned it before someone on their social team deleted it 6 hours later. I screenshot everything now before I even think about engaging. Does anyone else screenshot brand replies before they get memory holed?

My dad's been gone since 2019 and I still screenshot every brand reply just in case they get clever. At this point my camera roll is 90% receipts and 10% pictures of my dog.
