A vet tech in Cleveland told me to feed my rescue on a snuffle mat and his 3am pacing just stopped
I got my beagle mix Rudy from a shelter in Cleveland 8 years ago and he would pace the kitchen every night around 3am for almost an hour. The tech said it was just extra energy from eating too fast, so I grabbed a $12 snuffle mat off Amazon and now he works for his kibble and passes out by 10. Anyone else have a rescue that needed a weird fix like that for a habit you thought was just part of their personality?
