My Tivo ate the last 20 seconds of the Chia Pet jingle and I finally get why my brother records everything
The DVR cut off right before the "cha-cha-cha" part last Tuesday, which sent me down a 2 hour YouTube hole where I learned the jingle was sung by the same guy who did the Oscar Mayer bologna song, so has anyone else had a machine ruin an ad they were waiting for?

Watched my dvr chop off the last line of a local car dealership jingle and I sat there mad for ten minutes. Machines have zero respect for the good part. The worst is when it ends right before the punchline and you just get dead air and the start of some lawyer ad. Your two hour YouTube dive sounds about right though, that Oscar Mayer guy got around back then.
