I finally ran a test on my $80 AI transcription tool and it butchered my own accent

My North Carolina drawl came out as 'yahd sale' for 'yard sale' in the full transcript, and customer names were hilariously wrong, so has anyone else found these tools just fail on regional speech or do I need to switch to a different one?
