Update: I finally got my air fryer chicken wings to not be dry

Last week, I tried a new method after my last batch turned out like little hockey pucks. I patted the wings super dry, tossed them in just baking powder and salt, and let them sit in the fridge for an hour. I cooked them at 380 for about 22 minutes, flipping halfway. They came out crispy on the outside but still juicy inside, which was a first for me. Has anyone else found a good sauce or dry rub that sticks well to air fryer wings?

Isn't baking powder what makes them crisp, not baking soda?

Oh nice, that baking powder trick is a game changer.

Right? @paul_patel40 I saw that and had to try it right away. Totally fixed my last batch of pancakes, they were so flat before. Makes you wonder what other simple kitchen hacks are out there. What else have you tried that actually works?
