A guy at the laundromat on 5th told me he's been washing his work clothes in cold water for 30 years
I was folding shirts next to him last Saturday and he said hot water just fades everything and wastes money. He pulled out a pair of jeans he's had since 1994 and they looked almost new. It got me thinking about how my grandma always boiled everything and swore it was the only way to get stuff clean. Now I'm wondering if I've been doing laundry wrong my whole life. Anyone else switch to cold water and actually notice a difference?
