Warning: I paid a guy $600 to answer my questions online
Back when I was trying to get my own authority site going, I hired a so-called expert from a forum. He promised to teach me how to get traffic and answer anything for a year. I sent him the money and he gave me a few basic tips you could find for free, then he stopped replying after two weeks. It was a total waste and set me back when I was just starting. Has anyone found a good, honest place to get real answers without getting ripped off?

Got burned the same way once. These guys prey on people who are new and desperate for a shortcut. For real answers now, I just lurk in specific subreddits for my niche and watch what actually works for people. You learn more from reading about real failures and small wins than any paid guru. It takes longer but you won't get scammed.

Totally agree with you riveradams, it's crazy how much you can learn here for free. The_zara is spot on about those paid courses, they really do target folks who just want a quick fix. Reading through actual stories of what went wrong for people taught me more than any fancy ebook. Sticking to the smaller subreddits where people share real details is the best move.
