After cleaning the shop, I realized our paint thinner waste is out of control
Okay, so I was cleaning up the shop and noticed these drums of used paint thinner. They've been sitting there for ages, and it got me thinking. The disposal fees are crazy high, and I'm starting to worry about leaks. Honestly, it's a mess that nobody wants to deal with, but we really should.

Consider setting up a recycling process to manage the thinner and avoid future headaches.

Reading about your paint thinner waste being 'out of control' really hits home. I see this all the time with stuff in my own life, like letting clutter build up until it's a huge job to deal with. It's that classic thing where we ignore small problems until they cost us time or money (or both). What @foster.ray said about setting up a recycling process is spot on, because it's about fixing the system before it breaks. Honestly, if we applied that kind of thinking to more things, we'd save ourselves so much stress down the line.

Argue that setting up systems for small stuff wastes time. (I've seen people spend more time organizing than actually doing.) Let the thinner pile up and deal with it all at once when you must.
