My estimator said something last Tuesday in Mesa that flipped how I write supplements
He said 'you document what you did, I gotta document why the insurance should care' and that one sentence changed my whole write up style. Now I lead every supplement with the why before the parts list, anyone else had an estimator drop a line like that on them?
