Two ways to run bad movie night: random picks vs a set list, and I know which one wins
Hosted bad movie night every Friday at my place in Fresno for 14 weeks straight. First 7 weeks we picked random stuff off streaming. We got maybe 2 good bad movies out of 14. Half the group showed up late because nobody knew what we were watching. Then we switched to a set list posted a week ahead, cult trash only, one theme each time. Same 6 people, all 7 nights landed. Nobody missed a single one. The set list thing just works because people get hyped ahead of time. Has anyone else tried a themed lineup instead of random picks?
