Pro tip: Appointment reminders felt like extra work, but they saved me from a empty chair day.

Yeah I read this thing about how just a quick text reminder cuts no-shows by like half. My dentist started doing it and I haven't forgotten an appointment since, which is saying something because my memory is terrible. It's one of those small things that feels like extra hassle but actually saves everyone a bigger headache later.

Used to completely blank on appointments all the time... my doctor's office switched to automated calls and it was a game changer. That little nudge is all it takes to get it back on my radar. Such a small bit of work to avoid the whole mess of a missed slot... totally worth it. Helps their schedule run smooth and saves me a late fee.

Always thought those automated calls were just annoying spam. Then I missed two therapy appointments in a row and got hit with fees. Now that "little nudge" is the only reason I remember anything.
