The 30 second teaser theory from a TikTok commenter actually worked for my cooking channel

Last month I was stuck at 800 views per video no matter what I posted. Someone named @saucequeen commented on my reel saying I should front-load the first 30 seconds with the finished dish and a zoom on the sizzle, then rewind to the prep. I thought it was gimmicky but tried it on my gumbo recipe. That video hit 120k views in 4 days. Now I'm testing it on my next 3 uploads to see if it holds up.
