Shoutout to the cheap chain tool that snapped mid-press on a customer's 11 speed
Was rushing a tune up last Tuesday at the shop and the pin on my old chain breaker bent clean through. Customer was standing right there waiting. I had to borrow the shop's Park tool and finish the job with a chain that was two links short, so I ate the cost on a new one. Went home and ordered a better breaker that night because I'm not doing that dance again. What chain tools are you all actually trusting for the 12 speed stuff?
