The binge model completely ruined how I watch shows like The Bear

I used to watch one episode a week, really sit with it and think about it. Now I feel pressure to finish a whole season in a weekend just to avoid spoilers online. I missed the weekly watercooler chat at my old job in Chicago because of this. Does anyone else just wait a month after a show drops now to watch at their own pace?

I mute all the show's keywords on social media for a month. It lets me watch at my own speed without seeing spoilers. Have you tried setting up those filters?

Ruined" feels like a strong word for how we watch TV. You can just log off and watch at your own pace.

But that's the whole problem @the_mia, you CAN'T just log off. Spoilers are EVERYWHERE in headlines and social feeds. The pressure to watch things live to be part of the talk is real. It changes the whole experience.
