My trick for making a big pot of beans taste new every night
I got tired of eating the same bean stew all week, so I tried adding different spices each day. On Monday, I used cumin and chili powder for a Mexican twist. Tuesday, I threw in some Italian herbs and tomato paste. It felt like having a whole new meal without buying extra stuff! This little change made my budget cooking way more fun.

Wait, you put tomato paste in beans on Tuesday?

Tuesday's the day for pantry staples, and tomato paste boosts flavor cheaply.

bettyc33's right about tomato paste, but I always use too much and ruin my beans.
