I ditched the yearly review spread for a monthly one, and I'm never going back
Everyone swears by that big December reflection layout, but after 3 months of my smaller monthly check-in in my Hobonichi, I actually remember what I wrote down and it's been way more useful in real life, so has anyone else found the annual page too broad to actually follow through on?
