Yeah and it's not just jobs, it's everywhere now. They get you with the "exposure" or "building your brand" thing instead of paying properly. Saw it with unpaid internships, then freelance gigs, now even normal jobs pull this. It turns basic fairness upside down where you're supposed to feel lucky to be used. Feels like a whole scam they made up so they don't have to pay people what they're worth.
