That 3.9 year stat about Chicago renters made me rethink my whole move timeline
Saw a Zillow report last week that the average Chicago renter stays in their place under 4 years, which is way shorter than I assumed. Is that really true on the ground, or is it skewed by all the college kids in Lakeview?

Lakeview skews it hard, most folks I know stay 5+ years.
