Archived 400 daily reports for a Denver job and found 19 that contradicted each other on the same pour
Nobody on that crew ever scrolled back past the newest entry, so everyone kept signing off on a log that flat out did not match what got placed, which is why I now sort by date and not by whoever updated it last, has anyone else caught a report that fought itself?

Did you ever try printing the reports and stacking them side by side? I did that once with a month of logs and the stack was so thick it actually made the contradictions way easier to spot.
