Spent 5 hours fighting a permissions error on Procore, turned out to be a checkbox

Last Thursday I was trying to upload updated RFI drawings for a job in Phoenix and kept getting this vague access denied message. I checked my role settings, reinstalled the app, even cleared cache twice, the whole thing. Finally after 5 hours I called support and they pointed out there's this tiny toggle under the project settings for 'allow submittal attachments from vendors' that was switched off by the previous PM. Has anyone else burned a full day on a hidden setting like that, or is it just me?
