My spotter's comment about load swing made me rethink everything

Last Tuesday in Charlotte my spotter said 'you're not moving the load, you're fighting the wind' and it hit different after 11 years on the stick. He told me to watch the boom tip instead of the hook and suddenly my pick placement got way smoother. Anyone else had a ground guy drop a line that stuck with you?
