Vent: site super told me to swing faster, nearly cost me a load

We had a tower crane job in Tacoma last Tuesday, and the super kept yelling at me to get the picks moving because the concrete truck was waiting. I sped up my swing and caught a gust that put the load way off target, almost clipped the formwork. He never apologized, just said 'that's why you gotta read the wind better,' like it was my fault for listening to him. Now I stick to my own pace no matter who is pushing, and I tell the oiler to relay that upfront. Anyone else have a boss or client who pushed you into a sketchy move and then blamed you for it?
