Hitting 10K subs felt hollow, then a 47-view video saved my sanity
I finally crossed 10,000 subscribers last Tuesday after grinding for 14 months, and honestly I expected confetti. Instead I just stared at the number and felt nothing, which made me question why I even wanted it in the first place. Then a random tutorial I threw together in 20 minutes got 47 views but one comment said it helped them pass a certification exam, and that hit way harder than the milestone. Is the milestone actually for the audience or is it just for our ego? Has anyone else had a tiny interaction mean more than the big number?

Heard my buddy say the same thing after his first 100 subs beat his 10K day.
