Just realized my basement ceiling height mistake cost me an extra 11 weeks in Columbus
I signed off on 8-foot ceilings for the walkout basement back in March because I wanted to save $4,200, and my inspector flagged the ductwork clearance in May, then I spent until August redoing the rough-ins and losing my framing crew to another job, has anyone else had a cheap call like that spiral into a full rework?
