The deleted recipe post that resurfaced with a dangerous twist

Last month I was scrolling a cooking forum and saved a screenshot of a viral sourdough starter recipe that got nuked within an hour. The original poster had a typo saying '2 cups of bleach' instead of '2 cups of flour', and someone reposted the corrected version, but the comments were full of people who already tried the bad one. Have any of you caught a deleted post that came back with edits that made things worse, not better?
