PSA: Nailed a video call from a hostel common room in Lisbon

The background noise was loud but the client loved the energy. Really chuffed it went so well.

Hostel wifi is usually so sketchy though. Impressive it held up for a call.

Tbh using a hotspot from my phone saved me a few times. The hostel wifi would drop but my data held up okay. Just had to make sure I had enough credit.

Ever think you needed a quiet office to work? I used to be sure about that... but seeing people pull off calls like this makes me reconsider. Good tip from @thomas_wood about the phone hotspot too.
