In my last project, the client wanted distressed oak floors. They asked for nail holes and worn edges. But how specific were they about the process? Did they mention any tools like chains or rasps? Sandpaper alone won't create realistic dents and scratches. Using a hammer might work, but it depends on the desired effect. What exactly did they say to do?
