The chain section was slick from morning dew. What's the best time to go to avoid that?

Ugh, for real. I mean, I've seen people slip there even when it's just damp. It's like the metal gets super slick, and if you're not careful, you could take a nasty fall. I almost wiped out last time after a light rain. Honestly, they should put up a warning sign or something. Idk, maybe it's just me but that spot always makes me nervous.
