Has anyone worked with we buy house as is?

I need to sell my house fast because I'm behind on payments and facing foreclosure. I saw we buy house as is and wonder if they can help. Has anyone been in this situation?

Yes, they helped me avoid foreclosure. They bought my house quickly and I got enough to pay off the loan. They were very understanding.
