Warning: I used to scroll past long teaser campaigns, but one changed my view on timing
A fashion label on Instagram posted a blurry photo every Friday for ten weeks, each one a bit clearer. People started sharing their guesses and tagging friends to join in. When the final clear image dropped, it had already gathered a huge, engaged audience ready to buy. That slow build taught me that dragging out a reveal can be smarter than a quick announcement.

What if the slow burn just trains people to wait for discounts? Seen brands do these long teasers and then the actual launch feels flat because everyone's already talked it to death. There's a sweet spot between building hype and stretching it so thin people stop caring.

Brands run these campaigns for a reason. They have data on how people act. Not every customer holds out for a sale. Some get excited and buy early. If the product is worth it, hype doesn't die. Overanalyzing this stuff misses the bigger picture.
