inPro tip: I stopped skipping scenes and it made binge watching better
I heard a film critic on a podcast say that skipping dialogue scenes ruins the rhythm of a story. Tbh, they compared it to fast-forwarding through the quiet parts of a song, where the buildup happens. Now I notice how much tension gets lost if I jump ahead, especially in shows like Mad Men. Those slow moments make the big reveals hit so much harder.

inPro tip: My sunset pic from a cliff in Ireland sparked #ViewVibes
Tbh, I'm not convinced tags are that helpful for avoiding crowds. Honestly, they often do the opposite by drawing everyone to the same place. It's just a label that makes spots trend online, then they get overrun. Ngl, I've seen quiet areas get packed because of a popular tag. It feels like we're putting too much weight on something simple. Why act like it's a big solution when it usually adds to the problem?

inRant: Learning to trace digital footprints made me realize how sloppy most online sleuths are.
Remember that big forum meltdown last year? Turned out three different 'users' were just one guy with a proxy. Server logs showed all the IPs linked back to his coffee shop wifi.

inFound the original post for that crying wojak, but is digging up roots good for memes?
Totally, knowing where it started makes it better.

inShowerthought: The VR setup at our local park has people arguing over shared space use.
The point about VR taking away green areas really gets me. As @charlie_ellis mentioned, seeing people argue over virtual peace in real life is wild. Like when the VR setup blocks the soccer field and kids can't play their game. Or when the loud sounds from the headsets ruin a calm afternoon for people reading on benches. It's hard to make tech work in spots meant for simple outdoor fun.
