I had a similar lucky streak last fall with a batch of 10 WD Blues from 2019, all cloned perfect in one afternoon after I started wiping the source drives first with a quick format. No idea if that helped or if I just got lucky with the drive lot.

...and that's exactly what happened to me with the Evangelion Ultimate Edition last year.
