Took me 3 trips to the DMV on Menaul just to get my truck registered

Went to the Menaul DMV on a Tuesday morning thinking I'd be in and out, but they told me my insurance card wasn't the right kind, so I had to drive back home to get the paper copy. Came back the next day and the system was down for like 2 hours, then on the third trip it took maybe 15 minutes total once I finally had everything right. Any other ABQ folks know if the Rio Rancho office is actually faster or is it the same mess everywhere?
