I finally picked the local plumber's cheesy jingle ad over the slick big chain one, and his "Leaky Larry" phone number is stuck in my head now
Everyone online roasts ads like the one where the guy sings his own name for 30 seconds, but after a big chain quoted me $480 to fix a running toilet in my house near Akron, the "corny" local guy did it for $95 and I still remember his number while I couldn't name the chain, so does anyone else think these so called cringe ads actually work on us?
