Remember when ad buyers actually talked on the phone?
I was cleaning out my old files last week and found a binder from 2018 with all my hand written notes from calls with media reps at the San Ramon office. Back then I spent maybe 3 hours a week on the phone with them. Now I email maybe once a month and do everything through a dashboard. Anyone else miss having a real human to talk through a problem with?

Three hours a week on the phone sounds like overkill.
