Dropped $85 on a bootleg DVD of banned 90s ads and it was worth every penny

I found a guy on Etsy selling a DVD called "Pulled! Vol. 3" for $85 and I figured it was a scam but I bought it anyway. It showed up in three days from Cleveland and it had 47 ads that got pulled, including a sneaker spot with a fake heart attack and a beer ad that got banned in 12 states. Most of the quality was garbage VHS rips but two of them were crystal clear and I have never seen them anywhere online. If you collect banned spots, is $85 too much for a disc that might not even play, or should I buy his Vol. 1 too?
