My barber in Cleveland told me that weird 2017 Puppy Monkey Baby ad got him to buy a Mountain Dew for the first time in 20 years
We were talking about ads while he cut my hair, he brought up that Super Bowl thing with the puppy and the monkey and the baby. Said he laughed so hard he walked to the gas station after and bought one just to see. He still drinks one every few months. I always wrote that ad off as pure nonsense, but hearing him say it actually moved him made me rethink it. So what random ad from years ago actually got you to buy something?
