Hot take: that pizza chain's new mascot looks like a total ripoff of the old one from 2009
I compared the new 'Slice Squad' ads on YouTube to the old 'Pizza Pals' campaign from 2009 and the before-and-after is wild. Same round eyes, same big grin, they just gave him a phone and a backwards cap. I counted 7 side-by-side shots on my phone and my roommate agreed the design barely changed. Did anyone else notice the mascot looks almost the same as it did 15 years ago?
