PSA: The AI tool at my job gave a wrong answer and now my manager wants me to check every single one
Last Tuesday in Austin my team rolled out a new AI assistant for customer emails and it told a guy his refund was approved when it wasn't, so he called us 3 times before we sorted it out. Now my boss wants me reading every single draft before it goes anywhere, which pretty much kills the whole point. Is this just how it goes with these things for the first few weeks or am I using it wrong?
