TIL parchment paper under frozen fries just blocks the airflow and steams them soggy
Made a batch of crinkle cuts in my garage in Boise and they came out limp, so I pulled the paper on the second round and got actual crunch on all 4 sides, now I want to know if foil has the same problem or if it's just me.
