Totally flipped on frozen hash browns in the air fryer
I always thought frozen hash browns would come out soggy and sad (like a microwave disaster) so I avoided them for two years. Finally tried a bag of Ore-Ida shredded hash browns at 400F for 12 minutes with a little oil spray and they came out crispy and perfect. Anyone else been surprised by a frozen item you swore would flop in your air fryer?

Ore-Ida finally got their act together. 400 for 12 minutes. I've been burned by too many sad frozen things to trust easy. Glad yours didn't turn into mushy regret.

Wait, did we have the same bag of these? I tried the exact same ones last week and honestly I was shocked they came out crispy. I did 400 for 13 minutes just to be safe because I'm so paranoid about frozen food disappointment. Most of the time I end up with soggy bites that taste like cardboard but these actually had that good crunch on the outside. Did you try them with any dipping sauce or just plain?

Margarita or ranch would work but I microwaved mine and they still came out crispy, so I can't complain. @margaret_gonzalez25
