A guy at DFW said he hasn't used a paper logbook in 4 years, got me thinking about my toolbox
Last week I was waiting on a gate call at DFW and a younger mech next to me pulled out his phone to log a squawk instead of the little green book I have carried for years. He said he could not tell you the last time he wrote anything by hand, and honestly it hit me that half my tools are still chosen around habits I picked up in the 90s. Do you guys still keep a paper record on the line or has everyone gone digital by now?
