Question about the time a lead in Spokane told me to stop torqueing by feel
I used to trust my wrist on smaller fasteners until a lead in Spokane caught me skipping the wrench on a flap track bolt and made me pull all 14 again. Now I want to know if anyone here actually still goes by feel on anything, or is that just a thing guys say to sound fast?
You ever torque something by feel and then immediately regret every choice you've made in life? I used to swear by the wrist method until a lead made me redo a whole row and now I don't trust myself to open a pickle jar.
