Found a 15 year old dryer vent clogged with lint the size of a cat

Pulled 4 feet of hose off a job in Phoenix last Tuesday and the airflow difference after cleaning was like swapping a Honda for a truck, anyone else see crazy drop-offs from neglected vents more than actual part failures?
