Asked a simple tax question at the hardware store, got a 20 minute lecture
Last Tuesday I was buying parts for a shed repair and mentioned I was trying to figure out a local tax deduction, and the cashier, who I later learned used to work for an accountant, wouldn't stop telling me about every mistake her old clients made, so has anyone else ever walked into an errand and ended up getting an entire career's worth of unsolicited advice?
