Overheard a software dev at a coffee shop say something that made me rethink my approach
I was at a Starbucks on 5th Avenue last Tuesday and overheard this guy telling his friend that he stopped fixing bugs and started deleting features instead. He said he cut his maintenance time by 40% just by removing things nobody used. It made me wonder how much of my own workflow is just clutter I've normalized. Has anyone else tried cutting features instead of patching them?

Cutting features is way underrated. Less code, less headache.

Bet you've never met a feature that you didn't want to fight to the death with a debugger though, right?
