That old espresso machine took me 6 hours to fix a $3 part
My Gaggia Coffee machine started leaking last Saturday and I thought it was a major pump issue. I spent over 6 hours watching repair videos, taking it apart twice, and ordering the wrong part. Turns out it was just a dried out o-ring on the steam wand that cost me $3 at a local shop. Has anyone else spent way too long fixing something that ended up being super simple?

Start by always checking the simplest fix first. It's funny how our brains jump straight to the worst case scenario. That rule saves me time and money more often than not.

Man that applies to so much more than just tech stuff.
