Can we talk about how long it took me to find out why that 'Bondi iceberg' clip was fake
My mate sent me that clip of the iceberg floating past Bondi and I fell for it hard. I sent it to like 12 people in one night, then somebody replied with a screenshot from a VFX guy's page showing the whole thing was a 3 day render. I went down a rabbit hole trying to find the original clip and it ate up almost 4 hours of my Sunday. The wild part is the comments on the reposts are full of people still arguing about whether it is real, months later. Two of my mates still do not believe me even after I showed them the wireframe breakdown. Is there a trick to spotting these AI clips faster, because I clearly cannot trust my own eyes anymore.
