That dumb fake tradie skit account got me, and I hate admitting it after 7 months of scrolling past it
I've been on TikTok for maybe 7 months now and I kept seeing this bloke doing fake tradie skits, you know the type, fake mullet, stubby in hand, yelling about smoko. I honestly thought it was cringe bait and scrolled past him at least 40 times. Then last week my cousin in Geelong sent me one of his clips and said watch the whole thing, so I did, and it actually had me laughing out loud in my kitchen. The bloke is legit funny because he nails the little stuff, like the way a site foreman says yeah nah and the way everyone goes quiet when the tuck shop van pulls up. It got 2.3 million views in about a week and once I watched three more I got why. His timing is dead on and he doesn't drag the joke out past 30 seconds. Now I've sent it to my whole crew and half of them are already quoting it. Did anyone else write him off at first and then get hooked, or am I just easily won over now?
